Pricing · Knittrix

Priced for the firm.

Three tiers by company size, priced per year. Historical archive backfill is a separate engagement scoped to what you actually have. New capabilities ship at their own published price as we roll them out.

02 · Historical archive backfill

Your archive, priced separately.

Construction firms have decades of project documentation. Some customers come to Knittrix wanting their entire archive searchable on day one — twenty thousand pages, two hundred thousand pages, sometimes more. That's a different cost shape than active-project ingest, so we price it separately.

Tell us how many completed projects you want ingested, where they live, and what state they're in (clean digital exports, paper-scanned, or hybrid). We scope the engagement against actual page count and OCR work, give you a fixed quote, and add it as a one-time line item to your subscription. Typical engagements run $5K–$30K depending on archive size and document quality.

No per-page billing, no overage surprises, no usage meters. You see the number before we ingest a page.

03 · What's included in every tier

What's true regardless of tier.

  • Every answer is sourced. No black-box AI. Every claim cites the exact page of the exact document, and you can click through to verify.
  • You own your data. Tenant-isolated storage, exportable on request. Tenant deletion is self-serve and cascades through every record we hold.
  • We augment, we don't auto-act. Humans approve before anything touches a commitment, a payment, or an external email. When agents ship, they draft and suggest — never send.
  • One codebase, no special branches. Every customer runs the same Knittrix. Customizations live in config, not code.
  • Annual contracts, no usage billing. No per-document fees, no per-question fees. If you outgrow the tier ceilings, we have a conversation about upgrading — never an automatic overage charge.

04 · What we're building next

What we're building next.

Knittrix today is Doc Q&A across spec, drawing, and contract — the workflows on /product. Here's what's next, and how it'll be priced.

  • Agents that draft. RFI Agent, Submittal Agent, Change Order Agent. They draft from your spec, drawing, and contract content. You approve before anything sends.
  • Integrations. Procore (read-only first), MS Project, Sage, Outlook + Teams. Pulls into Knittrix — never auto-writes back.
  • Workflow agents. Schedule risk weekly digest, estimating feedback against actuals, accounting assist for payment app prep against Sage.
  • Enterprise infrastructure. SOC 2 Type II, SSO (SAML / Okta / Azure AD), dedicated tenancy, custom data retention.

Each new capability ships at its own published price — either as a paid add-on to your current tier, or by graduating you into a higher tier. Pricing for active subscriptions locks at signup; new capabilities can be added at the then-published price when they're available. We publish exact pricing for each capability when it ships, not before.
